Look no further. I can advise you on all the best content management systems. I have been specialising in Drupal for the past couple of years. It's very powerful and extremely flexible, but may not be the right choice for your project.
You may be better off with a Wordpress site, a Joomla site or even a Gallery2 or Moodle installation.
